Ben is an operations leader focused on deploying electric vehicle charging infrastructure at scale. At 3V Infrastructure, he leads construction, deployment, and O&M, building the systems that enable the network to be delivered reliably and kept running over the long term. He brings curiosity and creativity to improving how infrastructure is built and operated, allowing teams to solve complexity without compromising schedules, costs, project quality, or customer experience.

Prior to joining 3V, Ben held senior operations leadership roles at Electrify America and Electrify Canada, where he guided the organization’s growth from its earliest deployments to a network of more than 5,000 DC fast charging chargers across North America. Earlier in his career, he managed operations at Williams Energy, overseeing a liquid natural gas peak-shaving facility and building a strong foundation in mission-critical infrastructure operations.

Ben holds an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University with a focus on strategy and leadership, and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Appalachian State University. Outside of work, he enjoys trail running, fly fishing, and skiing with his family.
