Dale is VP of Commercial at 3V Infrastructure, where he leads the company's go-to-market organization. He works with real estate owners and strategic partners to deploy EV charging infrastructure that creates long-term value for properties and the people who use them.

He brings deep experience helping owners, operators, and investors leverage technology to improve operational and portfolio performance. Throughout his career, he has built trusted executive relationships and led complex commercial initiatives across the real estate industry.

Prior to joining 3V, Dale spent 13 years at MRI Software, where he held sales and leadership roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Director of Strategic Commercial Accounts. There, he partnered with many of North America's largest real estate organizations to develop technology strategies that supported their evolving business needs.

Dale earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Nazareth College, where he played varsity basketball. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sand volleyball (these days, crafty positioning has replaced vertical leap), hiking, and playing piano. About a decade before "content creator" became a career path, he accidentally generated more than 1.5 million YouTube views - earning plenty of compliments, but not much else. He also enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his wife and their three children.
