Emily brings over 20 years of finance and accounting leadership experience largely focused on the energy sector, with deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, SEC reporting, and internal controls. 

Prior to joining 3V Infrastructure, she served as Controller at Carbon Capture America, where she led accounting operations. She also spent nearly 15 years in senior roles with two small public energy companies where she directed SEC reporting, oversaw day-to-day accounting operations, led the adoption of two major accounting standards, and converted a company’s historical accounting records from IFRS to US GAAP as part of redomiciling the company from Australia to the U.S. Emily began her career in Public Accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.   

She holds a B.S. in business administration with a focus in accounting from Colorado State University and is a licensed CPA. When she’s not working, she enjoys quality time with her family and dogs, cheering on her kids at their sporting events and tending to her garden.
