Hannah Halphen is a seasoned project management professional with over a decade of experience leading high-value initiatives in the EV, electrical, and facilities space. Before joining 3V, she built departments and teams from the ground up while managing over $200M in various electrical and EV projects across the U.S.

Hannah spearheaded national rollouts for clients such as Ford, Mazda, Circle K, and JP Morgan Chase, delivering scalable, sustainable solutions through diverse project management methodologies and strong industry relationships. Her work emphasizes operational optimization and clean technology integration in fast-paced, evolving environments.

She holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is passionate about advancing clean technology, accessibility, and education. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys supporting the local art scene, traveling, and writing.
