Jerome is VP of Capital Markets and M&A at 3V Infrastructure, where he leads fundraising efforts and strategic acquisitions. Jerome brings over a decade of experience in capital markets and M&A across Europe and the United States.

Prior to joining 3V, Jerome was a Principal at GDEV, where he built the fund's investment thesis in light-duty EV charging and covered other transport electrification opportunities. While at GDEV, Jerome led the formation of the fund's founding investment in 3V. He has worked alongside the 3V team ever since, helping shape every aspect of the business.

Jerome holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe. In his free time, Jerome is an avid hockey player and house music enthusiast, and volunteers at New York's South Street Seaport Museum, where he helps sail and maintain the museum's 1885 schooner Pioneer around New York harbor.
