Karen is a partnerships and go-to-market executive with a proven track record of building scalable partner ecosystems across hospitality technology, fintech, and infrastructure. Her career has been centered on transforming how companies collaborate with advisors, operators, and developers to accelerate growth. She brings this experience to 3V Infrastructure to help the company expand their deployment of Level 2 EV charging.

Karen previously led the Global Consultant and Advisory Partnerships team at Mews, a fast-growing global hospitality technology company, where she built a predictable consultant-led pipeline engine, established frameworks for partner influence and enablement, and deepened relationships with top consulting and advisory firms worldwide. Her work played a pivotal role in shaping how partners participated in major deployments, strategic initiatives, and long-range ecosystem expansion.

Karen’s background also includes experience in enterprise program development, customer experience, and national channel strategies, giving her a broad, cross-functional perspective on scaling complex GTM motions. She is known for bringing clarity, structure, and creativity to ambiguous or emerging markets, enabling partners to engage with confidence and accelerating revenue outcomes for the organizations she supports.

At 3V, Karen leads GTM and strategic partnerships, developing origination engines, architecting partner incentive structures, building enablement and marketing frameworks, and creating alignment across EPCs, software partners, consultants, and operational partners.
