Sam is the Senior Manager of Business Operations at 3V Infrastructure, where she builds the operational frameworks that support EV charging deployment. She specializes in turning complex infrastructure programs into disciplined, repeatable operations, bringing structure to everything from early-stage planning through construction and activation.

Sam brings over a decade of operational experience scaling infrastructure programs. Prior to joining 3V, she spent six years at Volta Charging, where she helped scale national deployment programs of more than 4,000 chargers and played a key role in integrating operations following Volta's acquisition by Shell.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Fibers, a background that gave her a sharp sensibility for selecting the right materials to execute a vision, whether it's a specific type of thread or software. Outside of work, Sam plays ultimate frisbee, hosts board game nights, and spends as much time as possible adventuring with her dog, Saké.
